Location right next to the beach cannot be better. The whole place is beautiful. Might be a bit dated but certainly extremely well kept. Members of the staff were all nice. Ate next to the pool some three times and the food was always good. There is a little convenience store inside and it is like half a block from a mall with a very big supermarket open until late. The beach is cute and the water temperature's was ideal. Room was super clean and spacious, and the bathroom was OK. Totally worth the price. I actually decided to stay one more night! It is also not that far from downtown but still in a quite area. PS: There is a little company on the premises that I used to do snorkeling in the Flamingo Bay (recommended as well!) and the guest services guys helped me to book a couple of tours.

The Hotel is directly at the beautiful Anse Beach. Although all beaches in Grenada are public beaches, it was never crowded. I like that hotels cannot exclude the local people from the beaches. The food was excellent, I would rate the evening dinner as Gourmet food. The breakfast is very British with local additions like, e.g. plantains and fish cake. The beautiful garden is very well maintained, and the rooms are very clean (with service 2x a day). The hotel is located across the mall and supermarket. The minibus line #1 stops there. The minivans get you for US$1 into St. George and back. Everybody on the island will take US$ BUT it has to be new bills. If the bill is crumbled, it will not be excepted.

Great location with an excellent dive school - Eco Dive - in the grounds. Staff very friendly and grounds very pretty and safe. Hotel was right on beach and a short taxi ride from airport. Wish my adult children’s room had been next to ours just to make it easier to communicate plans, etc.

Standard English breakfast was good, but would like to see more local food selections at the buffet. Dinner menu could include more local food selections. The lounge and restaurant areas are very nice. Social events were fun.

Gordon

Proximity to beach and mall. Clean sheets, towels and room in general. We appreciated having a mini fridge and a kettle. Seeing the sunset from the balcony was fantastic.
